Whilst on holiday, my friend, Lara Temple nominated me to do the Ice Bucket Challenge. Just in case you don't know what this is, it's basically where you have to pour an ice-cold bucket of water over your head to raise awareness for ALS (which is known as MND - Motor Neurone Disease in the UK), a disease where the nerves that control your muscles stop working properly.
